imran: I have always loved food. Over the last few years I've developed an interest in the cuisine of the middle east. In particular, that of the Levant. Packed full of flavor and fresh tastes, its absolutely delicious. I've learnt a few dishes and put my spin on them. Hope you enjoy as them as much as i do!
