Hummus Beiruti

This is another take on that great dish, hummus.  It's a spicier version, with a few extra things added, in this recipe I've added parsley and chilli, and sprinkled it with cumin powder.


To make it, follow the same recipe as regular hummus, but add some flinely sliced green chilli (I used 1 green chilli per 1 can of chickpeas) and a small handfull of finely slice parsley to the food processor before blending the mixture.  Top with olive oil and cumin powder, and serve with flat bread!
